Your Key Responsibilities

As a senior/assistant manager within Andersen team, you will be spending your day to day working on transactions including commercial issues, working with management on parts of the mergers and acquisitions process and regularly be part of a team leading the deal process, and undertake valuations/business planning and/or feasibility studies for strategic priorities.

Job responsibilities
  • Conduct businesses valuations using different approaches and advise on issues with regards to acquisition or divestitures and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings;

  • Develop moderate and complex financial models;

  • Develop business plans and feasibility studies relating to transactions, decision support, business reorganizations, shareholder disputes and litigation, and bid support;

  • Develop Market and financial feasibility studies used for commercial decision making, regulatory compliance, or debt / equity related fund-raising.

  • Conduct intangible assets valuation with a special focus on PPA.

  • Assist with/Lead M&A deal process and conduct due diligence.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business and at least 5 years of related business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related work experience.

  • Previous Business Valuation experience.

  • Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch..

  • Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.

  • Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm or investment banks.

  • Achievement of a CFA or MBA in finance or any other relevant degree.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Excellent computer skills with special focus on Microsoft office.
